Hi Folks,

The follwing groups will be training at Mt Seymour on Thursday 28th Jan from 5.30-8.30pm;

Kstar, Kstar+, K1 and K2.

Please meet the coaches at 5.15pm in the Cafeteria in the Day Lodge, we will train until 8.30pm.
There will be a list of athletes behind the desk for at the lift ticket window for discounted rates for training.
